Welcome to ic audio! We are delighted at the prospect of you joining our team one day. To ensure new team members have the best possible start, we have developed a comprehensive onboarding program that unfolds in three major stages.
Our goal is not only to provide the necessary information and tools but also to ensure that all new team members feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning
Stage 1: The Start
Your first day with us begins with a warm welcome. You will be able to meet your new colleagues and explore our facilities. We will explain the general conditions such as working hours and parking options, and provide you with the necessary equipment like IT gear and a mobile phone. An important part of this phase is communicating the onboarding plan, during which we will also discuss mutual expectations.
At the end of the first stage, live training sessions will introduce you to our corporate mission, organizational structure, and company positioning. You will get an overview of our company history and learn about important reference projects we have completed with our clients. This stage concludes with an initial feedback session, allowing you to share your impressions and ask questions.
Stage 2: The Deep Dive
The second stage focuses on departmental training. This hybrid training consists of live sessions and video-based training with standardised performance assessments. Depending on the results of these assessments, the training content will be repeated or varied until you feel confident.
This phase is crucial for imparting the necessary expertise and solidifying your skills.
Stage 3: The Transition
The third stage marks the transition into your new role. We will summarise the status of the training and discuss mutual experiences. Together, we will outline the first steps in your new role and set clear milestones.
It is important to us that you can provide feedback at any time so we can scale the training content according to your needs.
